
Day 421 - Magic show developing in house
We have been exploring illusion and obsession in the theatre this week.
Helen Milne Productions, playwright Rob Drummond, and a team of actors and magicians, have been developing a new script in our rehearsal room and experimenting with creating astonishing illusion in the darkness of our main stage.
The team are adapting a thrillingly dark and twisting tale The Wonderful World of Henry Sugar by Roald Dahl - inspired by pakistani mystic Kuda Bux, a man who claimed he could see without using his eyes. We look forward to telling you more about its theatrical incarnation soon.
