In 2021 Children's Parliament will be celebrating its 25th birthday.
Established in 1996, Children’s Parliament has grown to become Scotland’s centre of excellence for children’s participation and engagement. Through their rights-based, creative practice, they provide younger children from diverse backgrounds across Scotland with opportunities to share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings so that they can influence positive change in their lives at home, in school and in the community.
Earlier this month some of the young people involved in Children's Parliament shared their investigations into climate change in their local area with Scotland's Climate Assembly.
