Day 169 - good dog
Arinzé Kene will be best known to some as Connor from Eastenders.
Two years ago he wrote and starred in the brilliant hit show Misty which played a sell-out run in London's West End.
Arinzé Kene's good dog is monologue play that chronicles growing up in a multicultural community in the first decade of the twenty-first century. It was first produced by tiata fahodzi in 2017, and this short film is a adaptation of that monologue for film.
Like a lot of work coming out at the moment from theatre companies it brilliantly brings together the theatrical with the filmic.
